History

Show-Me Realty was founded in 1989 by Joe and Linda Patterson. In April of 1994, Don and Teresa Hillsman purchased Show-Me Realty. Don has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since May, 1972. Teresa is a CPA working in private industry and is the Controller of a manufacturing firm in Sedalia, MO. Teresa received her Sales Person Real Estate License in March, 1997.

Areas Serviced

Our primary area of service includes Warrensburg, Whiteman Air Force Base and their surrounding areas; Johnson, Lafayette, Pettis and Henry Counties. Each of our agents is licensed to sell Real Estate through out Missouri. We also make referrals across the entire United States.

Expertise

With over 75 years of combined Real Estate Sales experience, Show-Me Realty has one of the most experienced staffs in the Warrensburg/Whiteman area. Our broker, Don Hillsman has over 34 years of Brokerage experience and holds the GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) and a CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist). Only about 3% of all Realtors have earned the CRS designation. We also have two Notary Publics for your convenience. Each agent at Show-Me Realty is encouraged to attend educational seminars every year to keep abreast of the rapidly changing Real Estate Industry. At the time of this writing three of Show-Me Realty’s Agents have earned a Broker’s license in addition to Don Hillsman, the Designated Broker. Two agents have earned their GRI designation and two have earned the e-Pro designation. Our agent have also earned 4 Bachelor Degrees, 2 Masters Degree and a CPA Certificate.
